The goal is set, and the plan is outlined. Its now to time to put it in motion. With my guidance we start to make inroads, and entrench positive lifestyle change through targeted, progressive exercise supported with the right nutrition for you.

Progress

The training is going well, and we are feeling great, and emotionally we are on track. Each workout, each week the improvements are visible, and we are learning a new way of life for the better, without definition.

Achieve

You have done it, and it was all you because you stuck to the plan, and you completed the task, and it was easy because you were smart in the beginning, got started right away, learned to adapt, were motivated by progress, and believed in the process. Its only the start, but its a great one!
