Every bootcamp class is a 45 minute workout designed to work your full body with varying styles of training, that's inclusive, progressive and results driven.

Whether you are moving from inactive to active, regular exerciser to athletic performance, or looking for targetted results, our classes are inclusive and built around you.


How are Simon Kerr Fitness Bootcamps different to others?

Whilst bootcamps are performed as part of a like minded fitness community, your individual goals and results are at the heart of the training plan.

All attendees become part of the Simon Kerr Fitness team, and gain help and guidance backed by 20 years of experience, coupled with advanced training and nutrition support via Simon and the Simon Kerr Fitness App all at NO EXTRA COST just RESULTS!

BOOTCAMP LOCATION

Bootcamp is located in the green area opposite Crawford Green and accessed via Housefield Drive, Kirkliston.

How it works…

Become a Member

Head over to the Simon Kerr Fitness Membership page and purchase the best option for you. You can choose from credit bundles which expire, or UNLIMITED access to classes with NO MINIMUM Term and 7 day FREE Trial

Book your class

Now you have joined the community, and registered as a member with Simon Kerr Fitness, you can now head over to the trainer events calendar and book onto your class.

Once you have booked onto your designated class…

Come Ready to Workout!

  • Water

  • Hand sanitiser (provided but you may want your own)

  • Exercise Mat

  • Appropriate Outdoor Activewear

  • Depending on the weather and ground conditions you may wish to dress up or down.

  • Complete the COVID Q online (for more on COVID Safety click here)
