Welcome to WOD Club!

  • What is WOD Club?

    WOD, otherwise known as ‘Workout of the Day’ is the term used to describe a set workout for all participants in the class.

    Not too dissimilar to Bootcamp, WOD’s are progressive, fun and educational, as well as giving you more bang for your buck!

    You will work out with up to 7 other people, with an element of friendly competition, unrivalled camaraderie, and with an array of different training tools to further enhance your workout.

  • Who is WOD Club for?

    WOD Club has been introduced with busy, unpredictable lives in mind!

    Every week will take on a different emphasis, and no workout will be the same.

    Unlike Bootcamp, we have no set pattern, no set time. Workouts change, times change and days change week on week.

    Ideal if you cant make Bootcamp, have had to miss a PT session, or life has just generally got in the way.

    Note: Throughout the Winter period WOD replaces Bootcamp, and you will see more scheduled classes than normal.

  • How do I know when its on, and how do I book?

    It’s simple! Visit links below to see my calendar showing when WOD Club is on.

    Generally, WOD will take place no less than 3 times per week and up to 6 times.

    Weekly workouts and new dates/times are announced on the Community Facebook Page which you can request to be added to once credits are purchased!
